Ordering your BigHead Products

Telephone Ordering Telephone Orders may be placed by between 8:30 am and 4:45 pm Monday to Friday inclusive, or by fax round the clock. To minimise error, we require an order number and written confirmation the same day (fax or email) on telephone orders. Email your confirmation to info@bighead.co.uk Order Levels We do have a minimum order value of �50.00 but small quantities required for R&D purposes are supplied FREE � just ask. Rush Orders Part or complete orders from account holders are normally despatched on the same day, if stock is available. The balance is despatched as soon as possible, or as directed by the customer. There is no charge for UK mainland deliveries � overseas deliveries are charged at cost. We need your instructions by midday at the latest; we can also despatch by APC up to 2 pm for next day delivery. Blanket Orders To obtain a price advantage on standard Bighead fasteners, blanket orders can be placed provided the call-off period does not exceed one year from the date on which the order is lodged. For example, if you need 12,000 items per year they can be called off at 1,000 per month. Any residual stock not called off at the end of the eleventh month is automatically despatched and invoiced to complete the order.
