Standard bigHead

Standard bigHead fasteners can be surface bonded to the outer skin of the sandwich panel with adhesive.  No drilling is required and the full strength and structural integrity of the sandwich panel is retained.  There are 400 standard bigHeads to choose from.

Standard bigHead fasteners can also be surface bonded to the inner skin of the sandwich panel with adhesive by drilling through the outer skin and sandwich filling.  There are 400 standard bigHeads to choose from.

bigHead Smooth

bigHeads Smooth can be surface bonded on the outer skin of the sandwich panel.  The solid head conceals the adhesive that is bonding the bigHead into position, providing a neat and clean appearance.  No drilling is required and the full strength and structural integrity of the sandwich panel is retained.  Male, female and other fixing variants are available.

TwinDisk bigHead
