TwinDisk – the high strength Honeycomb and Sandwich Panel Fastener

bigHead developed TwinDisk to provide very high tensile and torque values when fixing to honeycomb and sandwich panels.

 

Bonded to the panel skins, TwinDisk provides a secure fixing that is also very neat. Inserted from one side only, TwinDisk avoids weakening the panel by drilling through both skins.

 

Available in both male and female, TwinDisk can be manufactured to suit most panel thicknesses. It is ideal for achieving a strong fixing to floors, walls or cladding.
