Matthew Stevens, CEO
Matthew has led bigHead since February 2008 having previously developed and run a specialised manufacturing business with subsidiaries in Europe and Asia. Matthew has lots of experience of developing strategic long term partnerships with clients, distributors and suppliers all over the world. Matthew speaks fluent German and holds an MBA from Germany's Export Academy. Prior to studying in Germany Matthew read PPE (Politics, Philosophy, Economics) at Oxford University.

Martin Cowell, Sales Director
Martin joined bigHead in January 2008 having overseen UK and International sales for Lewmar Marine, a global leader in the manufacture and supply of specialised products for the Marine sector. During his 14 years at Lewmar Martin developed extensive long term business with OEMs and International Distributors. After completing his Business Studies and working for Barclays Bank, Martin participated in the Whitbread Round the World Yacht Race subsequently working at North Sails and Navtec Noresman Gibb before joining Lewmar Marine.

Phil James, Technical Director
Phil has been at the forefront of bigHead's product design and development for client applications since 2004. Phil's extensive experience of specialised manufacturing in the Automotive, Oil & Gas, Special-Purpose Machinery and Aeronautical sectors, amongst others, makes him uniquely well equipped to assist bigHead clients both technically and commercially. Prior to bigHead Phil was a senior project manager at Cobham Group Plc. Phil studied Mechanical & Production engineering in the UK.
