It has always been BigHead�s policy to supply free samples of any of our products; this also extends to the area of prototyping. If your company has a potential use for a BigHead fastener that varies in its dimensional or material specifications from the versions currently included in our range of 2000 standard models, we will be happy to manufacture a small initial supply of prototypes tailored precisely to your own specification.
All we require is a dimensioned sketch or drawing and as much guidance and information on the envisaged utilisation of the product, as well as information on its likely working environment, as possible. This will allow us to choose the most cost-effective materials and treatments, and the most suitable manufacturing method.
